Ms. Susan Snyder
I am very happy to be part of the North Hampton School community. I share a love of the outdoors and particularly LOVE summer. I have a 23' boat that I love to spend time on in the summer (spring and fall too!) I love to swim, go to the beach, hike, just a little, and walk. In the winter, I like to knit and walk outdoors. I have 2 grown children: a son and a daughter, who both live nearby. My favorite foods are pizza and homemade chocolate chip cookies. I like apples and pears too!
I have spent my whole career in public education, first as a bilingual teacher and later as a kindergarten teacher, then a school principal. My greatest joy comes from getting to know children and being part of their journey of growth. I hold an BA in Elementary Education and Spanish from Gettysburg College, and two Master's degrees: one in Educational Leadership from Salem State University and one in Special Education from Lesley College.
