Hot Buttered Cauliflower

This is a super easy and delicious way to serve up cauliflower for the whole family.  

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower

5 garlic cloves

1/4 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of butter

  1. Boil 1 1/2 " of water in a large pot.
  2. Cut the caulflower into florets and place the cauliflower and garlic cloves into the pot.  Boil for about 15 minutes until the cauliflower is fork tender.
  3. Put the drained cauliflower and garlic into a food processor.  Add the butter and milk and process until the mixture is pureed.
