This is a super easy and delicious way to serve up cauliflower for the whole family.
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
5 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
- Boil 1 1/2 " of water in a large pot.
- Cut the caulflower into florets and place the cauliflower and garlic cloves into the pot. Boil for about 15 minutes until the cauliflower is fork tender.
- Put the drained cauliflower and garlic into a food processor. Add the butter and milk and process until the mixture is pureed.
