Before School Choruses

There are two Before School Chorus options for students who want to be involved in other singing groups ~ Glee Club and Show Choir.

Show Choir:  Show Choir meets every Monday from 7:40 to 8:20 a.m..  This group is open to students in grades 6, 7 and 8.  They meet to sing as well as dance.  They will perform at the Holiday Choral Concert and the Spring Choral Concert.   

Glee Club:  Each Tuesday before school, from 7:40 a.m. to 8:20 a.m., Glee Club meets.  It is open to students in grades 6, 7 & 8.  They will perform at the Holiday Concert, the SAU #21 and #90 Choral Festival (only grade 7 & 8) and the Spring Choral Concert.  This is a group who prides themselves on singing in a minimum of three-part harmony.  They work to create the best sound they can make. Students may enter and leave the group following a performance.

Each Before School Chorus meets as long as there is school.  In the case of a Delayed Opening, we will not meet.  On the rare occasion that I need to cancel a Before School Chorus, I will put it on the website, send an email to students I already send reminders to, and when possible, let students know ahead of time.

Grade 5 Before School Chorus: Fifth grade students who want to participate in both band and chorus have band twice a week during the school day.  Chorus will meet before school on Wednesdays from 7:40 to 8:20.  In the case of a delayed opening, there will be no rehearsal.
